This picture was taken at Mt. Washington, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. It was 3:30 p.m., December 2011. I had a great day skiing and was on my last run. I stayed on top for as long as I could (before the patrollers do their sweep) so I could take some pictures. It was a magical time as I watched the sun slowly dip down below the clouds. This was one of many pictures I took that afternoon. I thought of how many people in the Comox Valley were missing this wonderful scene. I love skiing, boarding and shooting
